چکیده
Demodex folliculorum It is one of the most types microscopic external parasites that infect humans, which feeds on fat skin, around hair follicles and causes many diseases, including Perioral dermatitis, Demodectic Blepharitis, Pityriasis folliculorum, Rosacea leads to induction allergic inflammatory reactions against its antigens. The current study aimed detect parasite in humans by using PCR technique primers (18S rRNA) genes responsible for diagnosing parasite. Where DNA was extracted from samples collected those infected with parasite, were performed a machine clone DNA. Then, nucleotide sequence gene studied, path length products 802 base pairs, they sent NCBI website, all generated sequences recorded GenBank database (entry number: MW186179.1, MW186180.1), A phylogenetic tree established Neighbor joining method MEGA X version two isolates human links genetically compared NCBI-BLAST respect D. isolate Iraq. 18SrRNA used confirmed genetic identification. Iraqi are 100% identical Hungary KC894848.1), but less similar other Spain, China, Thailand Am905316.1, HQ7280000.1, KY305348.1) respectively

Demodex Folliculorum in Man
Demodex folliculorum, commonly known as the follicle mite is a parasite of man in all parts of the globe. It was discovered independently by He:Qle (1841) and Berger (1845). Simon (1842) described it as Acarus folliculorum. Owen (1843) reevaluated the genus as Demodex. According to Akbulatova (1963) there are two subspecies namely Demodex folliculorum longus and Demodex folliculorum brevis, syn...

The follicle mite, Demodex folliculorum, lives in the follicles and sebaceous glands of human skin. In fact, D. folliculorum is one of the most common permanent ectoparasites of humans. Despite their prevalence in the human population, little is actually known about these mites. The Palopoli lab has begun to study variation in the mitochondrial genome of D. folliculorum. Last semester, in the p...

incidence of facial nerve palsy is relatively high following parotid surgery, with the rates of transient and permanent palsy being reported as high as 65% and 7% respectively. The initial branching arrangement we have shown may have implications for parotid surgery as the surgeon would need to be aware of the presence of six early branches. In particular, vigilance of the location of Branch I,...

The mite Demodexfolliculorum, which is currently evoking interest amongst ophthalmologists throughout the world, has been thoroughly described in detail by Coston (i967), Smith and McCulloch (I969), and English (I969). Mites and ticks, in contradistinction to the other arachnids have fused segments, giving a characteristic morphological appearance. Accordingly, the adult type of Demodex follicu...
